Does the editor guarantee a clear projection?+
No. It reports source-image dimensions and lets you inspect a circular crop. Focus, subject scale, lighting and the physical lens still affect the result. Start with the original file and one clear subject.
Is the wall projection preview the finished result?+
No. It is an illustrative composition view with reduced color and softer edges. It helps you position the crop; it does not guarantee lens sharpness, brightness, color or projection size.
What material is each piece?+
A material claim appears only for an exact live configuration with a reconciled product record. A color such as silver-tone or gold-tone describes appearance, not the underlying metal.
What happens to my photograph?+
The first crop stays on your device. A production copy transfers only through the private upload controls described in the photo privacy policy.
How long does a custom order take?+
Production and delivery timing is shown for each sellable configuration before payment. Read the shipping terms.
What if the image is wrong, the piece is damaged or the projection is unusable?+
Reporting steps and available resolutions follow the custom-order terms shown before payment.
Can I change or cancel an order?+
